My approach

A practice built on strengths.

Each class is built around a single character strength, such as Curiosity, Zest or Patience, to create more space, levity, strength and healing in both the body and the being. My sequences are creative and flowing, building towards those signature "almost there" moments.

I offer a range of kramas, modifications and variations, so the experienced practitioner and the newer student can practise side by side, each finding their own edge.

The flow in Vinyasa Flow

More than moving from one pose to the next.

In Positive Psychology, flow is complete absorption in what we're doing: a challenge that stretches our skills almost to the limit, but not beyond. Too much challenge and we shut down, too little and we drift. Research shows people who experience flow regularly lead happier, more meaningful lives. On the mat, it's not about what we do but how we do it.
