My live-streamed, interactive sessions will offer Positive Psychology inspired Vinyasa Flow Yoga at its most potent by creating sequences to inspire fluidity, fire, freedom and FLOW.
These sessions will focus on various character strengths such as Curiosity, Zest and Patience to create more space, levity, strength and healing within both the body and the being. As usual I will offer various kramas and variations to engage both the experienced practitioner and more foundational student. Please have props to hand if you use any during your normal practice. For those newer to Yoga a block or two and/or strap may be helpful.
These sessions will take place Tuesdays, Fridays and Sunday. Additionally I will host two Special Edition classes on Boxing Day and New Years Day. To read more about my online classes and book your space please visit my virtual studio by clicking on the EVENTS tab on my site for more details…
The Art of Kintsugi: Making the Broken Places Beautiful

Kintsukeroi or Kintsugi as it is also known, is the Japanese art of repairing damaged or broken pottery. Rather than simply gluing the shattered pieces back together, it takes the time to purposefully and painstakingly highlight the breakage using a mixture of lacquer and powdered gold, silver or platinum.
