Welcome to my Yoga & Coaching website. Although my days are now occupied with running the various Yeotown businesses I founded, at heart I still see myself as a yoga teacher as that is where my journey towards health and wellness began. My full spectrum vinyasa flow yoga classes offer Positive Psychology inspired Vinyasa Flow Yoga at its most potent, by creating sequences to inspire fluidity, fire, freedom and FLOW.
My yoga sessions focus on various character strengths such as Curiosity, Zest and Patience to create more space, levity, strength and healing within both the body and the being. I am well versed in how to offer various kramas (modifications) and variations allowing me to simultaneously engage both the experienced practitioner and more foundational student.

Fire & Ice Vinyasa Flow Yoga Long Weekend Devon – February 1st – 4th, 2024
I’m looking forward to hosting a special 3 day/3 night Vinyasa Flow Yoga long weekend at my award winning Devon health retreat Yeotown this February. The theme of this experience explores the contrast between fire and ice, and how by playing with the two, we ignite our inner power, the inner flame – known as agni.
Using creative, bold vinyasa flow sequences, designed to heat us up from the inside out we will stoke and fan our inner fire. Similarly, using the power of Cold Water Immersion, we will work on building an inner resilience and strength. Power in its truest form.
Arrival is Thursday evening (preferably by 5pm however arrival time is flexible) and begins with a shorter flow session followed by dinner. Each morning we will enjoy an extended Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice combining asana, breathwork, mantra and more. In the evenings, we will explore a more restorative, yin style practice. Each day a Cold Water Immersion session will be on offer, and on Saturday, we will enjoy a beautiful invigorating coastal hike along the Southwest Coastal Path. Option to book fantastic massages, specialist treatments and therapies, and enjoy some chill time curled up by the fire with a book and cup of tea.
As always with my retreat experiences, special surprises are in store alongside a delicious, nourishing menu of colourful, nutrient rich dishes and drinks.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Magical Madeira Island Retreat
April 22nd – 27th, 2024
It’s been a long time coming! I’m excited to announce I have finally sorted some space in my diary and organised a 6 day/5 night Vinyasa Flow Yoga Retreat at my award-winning, luxury boho-chic retreat space, Yeotown Madeira. Since opening our second retreat site last year, I have been lucky to have discovered some of the most beautiful, off-the beaten path places around the island that will serve as the perfect backdrop for our full spectrum vinyasa flow yoga sessions, breathwork, picnics, cold water immersion, wild swimming and stunning hikes. This mindfully designed retreat will incorporate some of the island’s most beautiful spots to practice yoga in alongside guided hikes, hidden waterfalls and luscious natural pools…
