One-to-one coaching grounded in the science of wellbeing, for anyone who wants to build on what's already strong.
Traditional psychology has focused mostly on what goes wrong. Positive Psychology gives equal weight to what goes right: resilience, strengths, flow, curiosity, relationships, meaning and purpose. It isn't "happiology" or simply thinking positively. It doesn't pretend the hard things don't exist; it gives us tools to meet them.
Unlike self-help or motivational speaking, it's a science, and everything it offers is backed by research. Coaching fuses that research with practical tools to help you move from what's wrong to what's strong.

Getting to know yourself is the best place to start. We uncover your unique strengths, which suit which goals, and where you might be overplaying them and need to rein them in.
An unconventional, "test and learn" approach to change. Often the answer is reshaping the job you have into the job you want, rather than starting over.
For working parents. Rather than chasing a perfect balance, we work out what you value and what you will and won't compromise, moving from guilt to growth.
Every session begins with a few minutes of breath and gentle movement to settle the body, so we start with perspective and clarity.
Mindful breathing and simple stretches, then why you've come to coaching and how I can best help.
The options you've explored, and those you haven't yet.
Specific rather than abstract goals, with realistic timeframes.
A clear plan for how to get there.
I'm not taking on new one-to-one coaching clients at the moment. If you'd like to work together, please get in touch and I'll add you to my waitlist, or I'd be happy to refer you to another coach I trust.
I also offer workshops, speaking and masterclasses for groups and organisations.
